Angel S. Aviles was born and raised in the shadows of Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. He always loved drawing and had an early talent for it so his parents gave him a wall in their apartment for him to draw on and when it was all filled up he would paint it and start all over again.

Angel is a propped up piece of Carbon perpetually pressing Graphite dust into sheets of Diamonds.

Angel has been a Professional Artist for over 30 years getting his start in Comic Books as a Ghost Inker at the age of 16. He attended Brooklyn Technical High School with a concentration in Architecture and went on to confirm his Associates Degree in Graphic Design at Sullivan County Community College and his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Painting and Drawing at SUNY New Paltz. He has worked on numerous published Comic Books as a Colorist and Cover Artist as well as logo design, album covers and various Graphic Design projects. In 2018 he participated on his first set for Topps Star Wars Masterwork and has gone on to become one of the most recognized Sketch Card Artists in the industry. His list of Sketch Card credits include MLB Museum Collection, MLB Gallery, Marvel, DC, Stranger Things, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Lord of The Rings, Zorro, and Star Wars. In February of 2023 he became the new Offical Artist for Topps MLB Living Set.
